Booking confirmation
Submitting an online booking is a request — it becomes confirmed only when we confirm a time with you. We confirm by phone, text or email, whichever you prefer.
By appointment
Inspections, servicing and repairs are arranged by appointment so every vehicle gets proper attention. Call 021 0527 262 or book online to arrange a suitable time.
Changing or cancelling
Need to change or cancel? Let us know as early as you can — even a text the night before helps us give that time to someone else. See Refunds & Cancellations for how deposits and cancellations are handled.
Drop-off and collection
Tell us your drop-off preference when booking. Keys and vehicles are handled securely, and we'll confirm collection arrangements when the work is done.
No-shows
If you can't make an appointment and don't let us know, we may ask for a booking deposit next time. We'll always be reasonable and understanding.
