Talk to us first
If something isn't right, please tell Ash or the team directly — call, message or email and we'll take it seriously. Most issues are resolved with a conversation and a fair fix.
What the law guarantees
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 means services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for the purpose you asked about. If work doesn't meet those guarantees, you're entitled to a remedy from us — and the Fair Trading Act 1986 protects you against misleading conduct. Nothing on this site tries to contract out of those rights.
Our process
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and resolve it within ten working days. We keep a written record of what happened, what we agreed, and what we did about it.
If we can't resolve it
If you're not satisfied after we've worked through your complaint, you can contact the Motor Trade Association (MTA) or the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for help. Nothing here limits your legal rights.
Contact us — a real person replies, and we're happy to explain anything in plainer English.
